Windows 11 X64 22H2 22621.1105 Pro en-US LATEST 2023

It is the latest version of the Windows OS version, with a new interface and other new features, such as a new Microsoft Store, a new AI-powered personalized channel and the best performance of the Microsoft Edge browser, Microsoft Team chat , built into the taskbar and more!

What’s new in Windows 11:

– Windows 11 will have a completely new design. Microsoft clearly needed a good reason to reverse its previous claims and leave Windows 10 with the introduction of a new operating system number. And the all-new design is great for that. The Redmond giant has long been preparing for a redesign for updates under the code name Sun Valley (“Sun Valley”) – apparently under this name is Windows 11. The Sun Valley project has appeared in the network for a long time – Microsoft regularly reveals details about the new interface style, experts shared previously unknown information, and popular designers in their circles drew realistic concepts based on all this data.

– Run and system items will appear above the bottom bar. Start is the calling card and face of all recent versions of Windows. It is not surprising that in Windows 11 the developers will change it again, but not so much functionally as visually: the start window will move above the bottom bar. We have to admit that this small change makes the system look cooler. Judging by the information on the network, Microsoft will not radically change the “inside” of this menu: the innovations will only affect the design of the window itself. The control panel will also float and its layout will be exactly the same as Start. The Action Center will be combined with shared control buttons; similar ones have been used for a long time in various other operating systems. Almost every mention of this new menu suggests that it will be an island: controls will be in a separate panel, notifications in another, and certain items (like players) in yet another separate panel.

– Right angles will disappear, replaced by fillets. In fact, experts and conceptual designers do not agree with this: some are sure that Microsoft will not change its traditions and defend the right point of view, while others are sure that in 2021 Microsoft will follow the fillet mode. The latter fits the definition of “all new windows” – a flyout on its own isn’t enough to make any new design truly new. The files are expected to affect almost the entire system, from context menus and system panels to all application windows. True, even on this topic, the opinions of conceptual designers differ: some draw fillets on all possible elements of the interface, others combine them at right angles.

– There will be transparent background with blur everywhere. There is disagreement on the web about window island display styles, corner layouts, and menu levitation effects, but almost everyone agrees on window transparency. Most design leaks and previews show transparency and opacity in all windows, at least in the Start menu or Explorer. Also, this oneeffect was present even in the assembly of the canceled operating system Windows 10X, which Microsoft developed for devices with two screens and weak gadgets in parallel with the Sun Valley project. The so-called acrylic transparency involves the use of new effects when holding the mouse over elements, and increasing the distance between elements: the area of the interface that the user interacts with will inevitably become larger, and page titles will be bold.

– New fonts that have been shown. Most likely, Windows 11 will use the Segoe UI Variable customizable font by default that appeared in Windows 10 Build 21376 for Insiders. The advantage is that it is suitable for both small text and large inscriptions. This distinguishes it from standard fonts that were originally created for small or large sizes. For example, the current stable version of Windows 10 uses the Segoe UI font, which is designed for 9pt. With smaller inscriptions, the inscription becomes illegible, and with large inscriptions, it looks dull.

– Windows 11 will have new icons and Windows 95 icons will disappear. Yes, they are still used today. Microsoft will eventually change the icons used system-wide. It’s not just shortcuts to folders, the trash can, and other icons found in Explorer. We are talking about all the icons available in the shell32 directory. There are still icons from the Windows 95 era, and recently Microsoft has updated its design in one of the internal versions; of course they will migrate to Windows 11.

– Windows 11 will have functional innovations: there are many, but they are all small. Much less is known about the upcoming update’s features than its design. But since Windows 11 and Windows 10X (the canceled operating system for thin and foldable devices, the images of which were leaked on the network) were developed in parallel, we can safely assume that all the functionality of ‘the latter will appear in Windows 11. For example, Windows 11 will appear when using the camera on the computer; a corresponding indicator will appear in the system tray.
